Absolutely brilliant in every way - atmosphere, service, food and drinks. The dishes were classy both in taste and presentation. The wine was splendid and the beer - surprisingly good. They prepared fantastic spaghetti for our kids despite the late hour and not having it on the menu and then they did not even charge the (modest) service charge for them. Water was not charged either. We were not rushed in any way after the closing hour of the restaurant. The restrooms were sparkling clean. What a great welcome for us to Vienna!
The design and architecture is stunning! We have gotten a chance to be welcomed by a best hostess ! She not only was kind, friendly but indeed did everything to make our dinner experience amazing. Best service, tasty food and stunning atmosphere!

A friend took me to Kumar's Kitchen for my birthday and what a treat it was! Delicious food, good wine, beautiful surroundings, space between the tables for a bit of privacy, very friendly service, and a talented pianist providing Classical music. It was a wonderful evening.
Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it looked inside as it is deceptive from outside. The staff were very friendly. Most of us ordered naan with mains but it was brought out with Vorspeisen so was either eaten or completely cold before the main meal was served? But maybe we were wrong to not request it together. Presentation of dishes was very nice! I would recommend making sure Weißbier bottles are not poured like other regular beers.

The staff was all so kind throughout our experience and even helped us find a ride home as it was our first night in Vienna. If you’re in Vienna looking for great Indian food or experience fine dining along with great service I’d highly recommend Kumar’s Kitchen as your first stop. (PS: Try one of the tricolor Paneer or Chicken appetizers!)
Had Chiken tikka masala with basmati rice. Chicken tikka was hard and just blunt with the gravy.
Delicious food, exceeding our expectations. Super tasty chutneys, world class samosas. Both main dishes we've ordered, 65 chicken and prawns curry were great! Food is aesthetically packed and was delivered still warm. The only slightly disappointing thing is that the very spicy is not even close to spicy.
